Nicole Zeimis

With over 15 years of management experience in the higher education, study abroad and non-profit spheres, I am recognized as a strategic leader who helps teams articulate, measure and realize their goals. I mentor new leaders who go on to build cohesive and highly productive teams. Through my studies of Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University, I've built a research-backed, people-centered practice paired with a coaching toolkit that forms the foundation of Manager Practice. My passion is for helping organizations to thrive by supporting and connecting middle managers, and I am excited to put my experience to work for you!
